Enjoying a chilly midday outing in the Big Apple, Cameron Diaz was spotted strolling through the West Village earlier today (January 23).

After grabbing up lunch at Morandi, the “What Happens In Vegas” vixen headed out for a walk – stopping as she was blocked by a leashed pooch before laughing it off and continuing along on her way.
