As for the supposed bad blood between Cameron and Jennifer Lopez on the set of “What to Expect When You’re Expecting,” it turns out it was all fabricated.

The tabloid sources that claimed Diaz and Lopez were recently at each other’s throats were two months late with the story- filming ended in the summertime.

The 38-year-old blonde beauty, who plays a Jillan Michaels-inspired fitness show host, offered up a glimpse of her fabulous physique – along with her faux belly – in a super-tight blue top and teeny black spandex shorts while she tended to her workout regimen.

Based on the New York Times best-selling book by Heidi Murkoff, the film follows five couples as they embark on their new lives as parents.

Also starring Jennifer Lopez, Brooklyn Decker and Elizabeth Banks, the Kirk Jones directed flick is set to hit theaters May 11, 2012.

Cameron Diaz goes out for lunch with her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez to celebrate his 36th birthday on Wednesday (July 27) in Miami, Fla.

The 38-year-old actress joined Alex and his family and friends earlier in the day aboard a yacht for an afternoon birthday bash.

Alex is currently sporting a bandage on his knee after having surgery earlier this month for a torn meniscus. He has been on medical leave from the New York Yankees for the past month to heal.

We’re told the multi-million dollar deal will feature Diaz as a brand “ambassador” much like Leonardo DiCaprio has in the past. The source says the worldwide ad campaign will appear in print and will continue for multiple years.

Other famous celebs that were the face of Tag Heuer include Tiger Woods and tennis star Maria Sharapova.

“Cameron doesn’t do many endorsements, so the company thinks she will make a big splash,” explains our insider.
