Lost star Maggie Grace is to join Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz in new film Wichita.

Grace, who played the role of island castaway Shannon in hit ABC show Lost, has signed up for the spy thriller, which will be directed by James Mangold.

The story is centred around a lonely woman, played by Diaz, who goes on a seemingly-harmless blind date that turns her life upside down when a super-spy, played by Cruise, takes her on a violent journey around the world.

They have to protect a powerful battery that holds the key to an infinite power source.

Grace will reportedly be playing the role of Diaz’s sister, who is getting married and is excited that Diaz will take the place of their late dad and will walk her down the aisle.

Actress Cameron Diaz has said that cleaning her house “changes” her life.  According to the Daily Express, the star said: “It’s so crazy but I just find that cleaning out my house changes my life.”

“You come home, clean it out and all of a sudden you’re free from this burden that’s been sitting in the back of your consciousness.”

“It’s massive. It’s like, ‘I’ve got to get rid of this stuff’. You walk out the door and you’re just a different person,” she said.

Hollywood actress Cameron Diaz set a new record on US TV show Late Night by snuggling in a hammock with 48 bunnies. Show host Jimmy Fallon squeezed the rabbits into the hammock with the actress, which adjudicators ruled was a new record, reported imdb.com.

“I’m so excited. I’m snuggling with 48 bunnies, I think we have a world record here,” said the actress.
