Showing off her fictitious baby bump, Cameron Diaz was spotted on the Atlanta, Georgia set of “What to Expect When You’re Expecting” earlier today (August 23).

The 38-year-old blonde beauty, who plays a Jillan Michaels-inspired fitness show host, offered up a glimpse of her fabulous physique – along with her faux belly – in a super-tight blue top and teeny black spandex shorts while she tended to her workout regimen.

Based on the New York Times best-selling book by Heidi Murkoff, the film follows five couples as they embark on their new lives as parents.

Also starring Jennifer Lopez, Brooklyn Decker and Elizabeth Banks, the Kirk Jones directed flick is set to hit theaters May 11, 2012.
